This Spring USA MAX Induction double induction range and griddle attachment kit was designed with innovation and optimal performance in mind. The range has 4 applications in one, with (2) 2500W hobs that operate independently and can be used left to right or back to front with reconfigurable controls. This feature offers more versatility than traditional double induction ranges and allows you to adjust the unit to fit your needs. The range boasts a combined heating power of 5000W and exclusive SmartScan technology, which ensures the temperature is correct for precise cooking and improved energy efficiency. This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning.

With a fast response surface, the range prevents surges or spikes in temperature when moving the pan through sauteing or tossing. The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements, mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flash point or price point.

The range has a durable construction with a thick 5 mm tempered glass surface and a stainless steel edge for added support. Complete with a silicone protective top seal, the range is built to withstand rough use in commercial environments. The detachable control box features 20 different cook temperature settings, allowing you to easily adjust the heat from 110-400 degrees Fahrenheit (43-204 degrees Celsius) with the turn of a knob. With a convenient power on / off touchpad, lighted temperature indicator, and pan-present indicator light, the range is simple to use.

This kit comes complete with a countertop griddle range attachment that sits on top of the range. The griddle features a 10 mm thick stainless steel surface with hard chromium plating. The large 28 1/4" x 15 3/16" cooking surface grants you more surface area than other induction griddles. Plus, the griddle overlay comes fully equipped with a stainless steel grease tray, 2 removable handles, and a removable pan to make cleanup a breeze, while its high rear and side edges help contain grease and splatter. For added convenience, this model also features a 7' power cord and is compatible with a wide range of induction-ready cookware. This unit requires a 208-240V electrical connection.
