This Spring USA SM-651C-T MAX Induction titanium hold-only built-in induction warmer was designed with innovation and optimal performance in mind. This range is equipped with 650W of heating power and exclusive SmartScan® technology, which assures the temperature is correct for precise heating and improved energy-efficiency. This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning.

With a fast response surface, this range prevents surges or spikes in temperature when moving the pan through sauteing or tossing. The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or move them from the surface and adjusts to your movements - saving you time and energy when warming a variety of food items.

This range has a durable stainless steel body with stick-resistant titanium finish and a thick 5mm tempered glass surface. Complete with a silicone protective top seal, this range is built to withstand rough use in commercial environments. It also includes a mounting bracket and leveling screws for easy flush mounting to most countertop surfaces. The detachable control box features a 4 temperature range with set-hold controls, allowing you to quickly and easily adjust the heat between 145 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit, or between 62 and 85 degrees Celsius.

With a convenient power on / off touch pad, a lighted temperature indicator, and a pan-present indicator light, this range is simple and safe to use. For added safety and ease of use, this model also features sturdy non-skid, non-scratch footing, and a 7' power cord.
