Standby Mode

When you close for the day, this machine stays busy maintaining the product temperature inside the hopper and freezer cylinder at below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping contents at a safe temperature.

Hopper Agitator

This unit features a hopper agitator to mix product effectively and ensure consistent product quality and dispensing that your customers can depend on. You'll be able to dispense desserts perfectly each time.

Microprocessor Controls

The microprocessor controls add a level of convenience by automatically regulating refrigeration and helping ensure consistent product quality by controlling the product's temperature and viscosity levels.

Plug and Play Setup

This unit ships with an 8’ cord and plug included so that you can install and use it right out of the box to serve delicious signature desserts, with no need to call an electrician for wiring. It is 208-230V.

User-Friendly Design

Unlike other soft serve freezers which only offer basic safety protections, the unit has safety considerations built into each feature. The integrated temperature display shows both the hopper and cylinder temperature to control product safety. This machine will automatically shut off if it detects low temperatures or motor overload, and it features a high pressure switch that can prevent the compressor from overheating during a busy day.

Smart Engineering

A direct drive transmission increases the machine's efficiency and does not include consumable moving parts, allowing the machine to operate safely and more efficiently. In addition, the scraper blades feature a 1-piece design, which cuts down on the number of parts to clean and maintain. Spaceman USA also provides free remote training to get your new Spaceman Soft Serve or frozen beverage machine up and running. If you desire hands-on, in-person training with startup, please select ‘on-site training’ from the dropdown box above. It is the responsibility of the buyer to follow the instructions of the Machine Owner’s Manuals, take advantage of Spaceman USA’s online video tutorials, learn to operate the equipment correctly, and train all employees to operate the equipment correctly.
Can my Spaceman Soft Serve machine serve gelato?

Warranty only valid once training is complete. Please contact Customer Solutions for details. INTERNATIONAL USERS:For users outside the United States, Spaceman offers a one year part warranty. Any labor costs incurred by an onsite technician are not covered. Condensers must be cleaned annually (at a minimum) and documented by buyer in order to maintain the compressor warranty. RESIDENTIAL USERS: Spaceman assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages resulting from installation in non-commercial or residential applications. The right is reserved to deny shipment for residential usage; if this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible.
