This model comes with (2) 1.3 gallon bowls that are transparent to encourage impulse purchases at your venue. The lockable lid ensures safety by preventing anyone from tampering with your ice cream product. Also, a lid safety mechanism is activated whenever the cover is lifted. When activated, the safety mechanism stops all the moving parts automatically and immediately so that there is no potential for injuries.

To control cooling, this unit has an LED-based electronic control key pad while the manual defrost mode allows for easy maintenance. With this versatile machine, you can serve anything from frozen coffee to sorbets! This unit is certified as safe for milk products so you can easily dispense milkshakes, smoothies, or delicious ice cream! It can operate using product derived from water or milk with a dried base, or with ready-to-use mixed product bases.
