This Sloan Crown 3520006 rough brass finish concealed sensor water closet flushometer is a smart choice for water closets in your commercial restroom. It provides the quality and usability you expect and depend on, with a reliable piston valve and a valve body made from semi-red brass. It even comes with a stop seat and a vacuum breaker that incorporate a PERMEX rubber compound for chloramine resistance.

This flushometer is a great option for improving health and sanitation measures, as it uses an Optima self-adaptive infrared sensor with a range of 22" to 42" to provide touch-free operation. By using a sensor, you eliminate the toilet handle, which is a key contact point for germs to spread. This helps to make your business safer and more sanitary for guests and employees alike! The sensor is hardwired, so the flushometer is ready to use right out of the box.

To ensure your flushometer is operating at maximum capacity, it comes with all necessary hardware such as a non-hold-open integral solenoid operator, fixed metering bypass, high back pressure vacuum breaker, die cast sensor plate, and also features a synthetic rubber diaphragm with dual filtered fixed bypass. A courtesy flush button with an electrical override is also included if manual use is required and, for added convenience, this unit also has a 3 second flush delay. To improve water conservation, the flushometer does not allow for external volume adjustment.

This single flush unit uses 1.6 GPF and has a 15-80 PSI flow rate. Additional features include a 1" IPS wheel handle Bak-Chek angle stop and a rear spud fixture connection with a 1 1/2" spud coupling. This flushometer requires a 1" supply pipe and 24" rough-in for use.
