With a malfunctioning vacuum breaker, there is a potential for wastewater backflow, which means soiled water runs in the wrong direction of the plumbing system. This can violate plumbing code requirements and lead to downtime of your devices. This vacuum breaker assembly will restore your system and valve to full operation, ensuring the one way flow of wastewater.
