Its 2 1/2 hp, air-cooled motor is IP55 insulated for reliable, continuous operation. The oil-bath transmission and double seal ensure long-lasting, maintenance-free use. This unit is easy to operate with IP67-protected keypad controls for on, off, and reverse. The countertop design boasts a compact footprint to accommodate kitchens with limited space. This unit is constructed of a durable, easy-to-clean AISI 304 stainless steel to withstand heavy-duty applications. The square design of the feeding neck allows for quicker processing times, while the stainless steel mincing head is designed for a high yield. An R-134A gas refrigerator provides refrigeration on the feed tray, feed tray neck, and mincing head to prevent meat from reaching unsafe temperatures.
This meat comes with a simple cut knife and a 3/16" plate but is also compatible with 5 other plate sizes, including 3/16", 7/32", 5/26", 3/8", and 9/16" (sold separately). Its safety interlocks help prevent injuries. This model is quick and easy to break down without tools for thorough cleaning. A 220V electrical connection is required for operation and a 6' 4" long cord is included.
