Make your own signature sausage, ground beef, or ground venison for select occasions with this Sirman TC #32 Montana PS H electric meat grinder! With 3,000W of power, this floor grinder uses a 4 hp, high-torque planetary gear motor to ensure continuous operation. It is easy to operate with a rotary on / off switch, and it processes up to 1,543 lb. of meat per hour. At the end of the grinding set, only 2 to 3 oz. of meat will remain in the machine, helping to minimize waste. Boasting a durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction, it is ideal for heavy-duty use and large volume meat grinding operations. This model features a removable tray to quicken cleaning, making it ideal for environments that rapid product changeovers.
This grinder includes a hamburger patty attachment to easily form perfectly shaped patties. It also comes with a stainless steel self-sharpening knife and 3/16" plate along with a worm and plate removing tool. The strategic square design of the feeding neck allows for quicker processing times. The safety interlocks, overcurrent and no-volt release protection, and side-mounted guards help prevent damage and injuries. This machine can be completely disassembled without tools for quick and easy cleaning. A 220V, 3-phase electrical connection is required and a 6' 4" long power cord is included.
