Its 13" blade creates slice thicknesses up to 1", and it is easy to operate with an IP67-protected stainless steel keypad. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for kitchens with limited space.

This unit features a one-piece, polished anodized aluminum construction with a stainless steel drive shaft assembly. This construction along with its rounded, edgeless design ensures superior durability and easy cleaning. Plus, it is waterproof from above. This model has a low-profile, ergonomic design with a smooth carriage motion, and its dual stage cam system allows for precise slicing of any thickness. A built-in sharpener ensures reliable results, while the included scale provides accurate portion control.

This meat slicer has a one-piece carriage with a seamless, see-through hand guard. It offers zero blade exposure to prevent injuries when cleaning or operating. A permanent blade rim guard covers the non-slicing portion of the blade edge. To simplify cleaning, it has an improved blade guard removal system and a lift lever to clean under the slicer.
