The Sirman Palladio 330 EVO 13" automatic gravity feed meat slicer features a compact design that's perfect for wherever space is at a premium! It has an automatic carriage design to automate the slicing process with a powerful fan-cooled 1/2 hp motor and 13" wide blade ideal for large scale slicing. This machine can reliably output between 34-70 slices per minute which all lay flat on the large receiving tray! For added versatility, it can switch between automatic and manual mode and has 3 different adjustments for carriage travel. It is easy to use, with IP67 controls, a 3-speed control dial, and adjustable thicknesses up to 1".

This slicer is constructed entirely of durable aluminum with a rounded, no-edges design for easy cleaning. The ground, chromed steel slide shaft ensures smooth operation, while the forged carbon steel blade is maintained by a built-in 2 stone, dual action sharpener. With an inner blade cover, a perfectly aligned cut is achieved every time with zero waste. For quick and efficient cleaning, this unit easily breaks downs with its removable carriage, center plate, and sharpener.

This machine comes ready with a visible slice counter. This slice counter ensures you always know the exact number of slices the machine is producing at any moment! Plus, you can even set the desired number so that the meat slicer automatically stops once reached.

For safe use, a safety cover is permanently placed under the motor and electrical components. The drive motor is fully enclosed and sealed, and an aluminum hand guard is mounted onto the carriage. There is also a positive drive belt, a permanently mounted knife ring guard over the non-cutting side of the blade, and overcurrent protection. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
