This product came in a torn up box. Not only was it torn up and hap hazardly taped together but it was filthy filthy dirty! I have pictures. It's made my floor dirty and I had to change my clothes. It's by the grace of God that all the parts were in there for how torn up it was. It was missing a piece but I found it near my front steps outside! And all this was made worse by trying to figure out how to submit a review- when really all I had to do was scroll ALLLLL the way down the product page -but that was a long way and didn't look like I was getting there, so that took a few attempts. I won't order from you guys again.

I was greatly dissatisfied with the condition of the large box containing the materials. It was torn at both ends, and the tape support was poorly applied. Additionally, eight of the split sleeves were broken, and four sleeves were missing. The metal shelves themselves were also damaged. Consequently, I had to visit my local (Redacted) to buy the necessary split sleeves replacements for the missing and broken split sleeves.

Perfect fit for our needs. Only complaint was that you did not provide extra lock clips. They are plastic and break very easily. Had to purchase a 4 pack for just 1 piece.

I looked far and wide for a 30w"x24D" shelf for my garage and this was the only place that I could find one. This one is built super strong and stable - it doesn't rock at all.
