This ServIt 423PST4CBD 57" x 8" x 1/2" cutting board is a direct replacement for the one that came standard on select 4-well steam tables. This full-length poly cutting board provides a stable cutting surface where you can prepare foods for serving. If your unit's existing board is chipped or deeply marked from heavy use, be sure to replace it, as these deep grooves can be difficult to clean, cause knife slipping, and harbor bacteria. It measures 8" deep and 1/2" thick.
