Provide guests with a convenient dispensing solution while ensuring precise portioning to keep food costs under control with this Server Solution 1 oz. plastic inset pump with lid. This pump is designed to dispense from a 7 qt. round vegetable inset (sold separately) placed in non-heated, ambient temperature and chilled food tables or holding equipment. Great for customer-facing condiment stations and salad stations, the pump ideally dispenses a variety of thick and thicker sauces and dressings. Use it to standardize portioning of anything from barbeque sauce, ranch, and tartar sauce to cocktail sauce and sweet-and-sour by outfitting the pump with one of the 3 included discharge fittings.

To accommodate different applications, gauging collars allow you to adjust portion size in 0.25 oz. increments up to a maximum portion of 1 oz. per pump. The pump features a durable polycarbonate construction that's easy to disassemble and clean to help you maintain a sanitary serving station. The included stainless steel lid allows you to completely cover the top of an inset pan to keep products fresh and sanitary. Plus, the lid's sleek, polished finish will add an attractive touch to your presentation.
