Made of durable black ABS plastic filled with a non-toxic refrigerant gel, this jar withstands use in high-volume commercial environments whether in the back-of-house or in the dining area at a self-serve condiment counter. Simply place the unit in a freezer for 8 hours prior to use and then move it into your insulated Server station (sold separately) to maintain refrigerated product temperature for up to 12 hours.

Featuring a small notch, this unit pairs with a compatible lid (sold separately) that can remain fully closed while holding a spoon or ladle (sold separately) for sanitary use.
