The pump mechanism and lid are made from stainless steel to give it durability in high-traffic locations, and also to make them easy to clean. The pump dispenses up to 1.25 oz. and is adjustable in 0.125 oz. increments for greater portion control. It's designed to fit into a 3.5 qt. fountain jar (sold separately), giving customers easy access to the condiments they crave. The black pump knob is even color customizable for quick condiment identification.
