The machine came broken from the factory, the ice harvest cycle is set to the maximum but does only a short cycle and the ice does not drop, just keeps freezing thicker and thicker. Unable to get help from any local warranty vendor scotsmans gave me, their list is old, one company won't help at all under the warranty, and the other two said they don't service scotsman anymore. Tried to return it but have not been allowed to yet. Scotsman verified on the phone that yes this is defective but offer no help other than to give me dead end service help. DO NOT BUY SCOTSMAN brand. Please help return this do right and let me return this Webstaurantestore.

Machine stopped holding correct cube thickness after a year and a half with regular cleanings. Basically, the extended warranty covers nothing.

So far we haven't had any issues with this ice machine. The small cubes are perfect for our iced lattes! We do recommend this unit!
