Great machine. Compact and quiet. There is an easy on/off switch hidden in the front that allows us to turn off the sensors when cleaning the machine. I only wish we had an option to switch between shredded ice and slightly larger cubes.

Works well. Came shipped low on refrigerant apparently as we had to have a service call from Scotsman right away to make it produce enough ice; not a fault of webstaurantstore.

Hello. This machine is small and quite. Very easy to use with the motion off and on, it is very easy to clean too. I would recommend this item!
Good machine for a small office. Capacity usually keeps up as secondary ice maker for large office area. It makes the crushed ice that you get in many restaurants. It can be a little difficult reading clear acrylic cups or glass. The trick is to hold hand around the cup to create shadow, it will dispense just fine. Note, these machines are not water coolers, just water dispensers, you want to get ice first then water to chill it.
I like this ice machine and water dispenser. Easy to use and install. Make sure you check the drain tube in the machine before installing it! Mine had come loose during shipment and leaked water after being installed. An easy fix, but it took a little while to figure out the problem.
