San Jamar C3400EH Stainless Steel Surface Mount Horizontal 12 - 24 oz. Elevator Cup Dispenser

Need to return every single one of these. They get stuck all the time and employees are having to go to our stock room to grab a cups when it's busy and they can't figure out how to pull the cups out. It's either stuck and nothing comes out, or cups just comes out by the bunches. There are springy tabs inside with sharp edges that catches the plastic cups. Going to request a return and we're not paying any restocking fees for these.

Very nice product easy to install. Worked well so far love them. The dispenser work very well saving you time and money on the lids

Generally worthless. We purchased 3 of them for our coffee and soda cups. At first, super awesome. But after about 2 weeks, we noticed they were tearing the cups. The metal spring hinges that adjust the size for various cups are only attached on one end. The other end pushes out to secure the cups. However, it is just flimsy metal, and once one cup snagged on a corner (yes - they also have corners), the whole thing bent. Then it progressively got worse until it literally tore the lips off paper cups. We were able to fix them by bending them back in shape with pliers, and tried to adjust the rings so it would not happen again, but that only lasted another week or so. Either we had set the tension to hold the cups, and they snagged, or we were too loose and they flew out. There is not much adjustment room, so each move was like a 1/32 of an inch change.

These are amazing! I love it so much. A huge help when trying to keep everything neat at the restaurant. You really cant beat the price either!
