The machine is very fast and can handle almost anything. A lot of food spills out after you plunge the weight down and the shoot sprays food in various directions so expect to clean up a mess. Id recommend only buying if you have a dedicated person to clean the machine and area, tough for small kitchens

Speed up prep to save time and labor with this Sammic CA-4V continuous feed food processor. Its powerful 3 hp provides 300 to 1000 rpm to quickly chop, dice, slice, and shred. This food processor has variable speed controls so you can easily adjust to different types of foods or the desired level of output. The kit comes with a set of discs in popular sizes and styles so that you can start processing right out of the box.
This food processor is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for easy cleaning. The ergonomic design allows for product to be cut in one movement and the lateral product ejection reduces the amount of counter space required while minimizing splashing. For larger products, this model has a larger head and feed chute. Plus, the production technology gives a uniform, high-quality cutting results. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation, and it is shipped with a GFCI receptacle.
