Speed up prep to save time and labor with this Sammic CA-31 continuous feed food processor. Its powerful 1 1/2 hp motor provides 365 RPM to quickly chop, dice, slice, and shred. The machine comes with (1) 1/8" shredding disc for going through potatoes, carrots, and cheese, as well as (1) 1/8" slicing disc for general-purpose slicing of apples, cabbage, and several other hard vegetables and fruits. The food processor is compatible with a variety of other discs and grids, allowing you to customize your setup as necessary for your operation. Plus, thanks to its user-friendly control board, this 1-speed unit is easy to operate.

This food processor is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and it has a removable lever and lid for easy cleaning. The ergonomic design allows for product to be cut in one movement, and the lateral product ejection reduces the amount of counter space required while minimizing splashing.
