Easily prepare an array of processed vegetables, purees, and more with the Robot Coupe R301 Ultra 4 qt. / 3.7 liter combination continuous feed vegetable prep and vertical cutter food processor! Its powerful, fan-cooled 1 1/2 hp motor can slice, shred, grate, julienne, mix, chop, puree, and blend with ease. Great for use in a commercial kitchen or health care facilities, the R301 Ultra is able to produce up to 2,000 servings of processed vegetables in 3 hours, or puree the equivalent of 12 daily diets. One large and one cylindrical vegetable prep attachment lid makes it easy to feed and process vegetables.
The 4 qt. / 3.7 liter stainless steel cutter bowl with clear lid and stainless steel smooth edge "S" blade easily process an array of items, while the included 2mm (5/64") grating disc and 4mm (5/32") slicing disc offer an array of options for use with the vegetable prep attachment. Additional results may be achieved with the use of one of the available 23 stainless steel discs (sold separately). All attachments may be easily removed for cleaning, and both the motor base and vegetable prep attachment are designed to be resistant to wear from chemical agents for longevity. The Robot Coupe R301 Ultra requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

Get ready for beast mode. This thing will dice the heck out of any vegetable you throw at it. Just don't put any herbs in there when you are using the dicing kit as that will bend the blade like you fed a rock into it. Yikes.

This is the ultimate machine for any kitchen! Only thing i will say is it is not meant to grind a ton of cheese. We have blown a couple capacitors.

Possible professional food processor. Very pleased with the harvester, quality product! Good equipment, a lot of different nozzles. Good for home and large kitchen. ?
There is no comparison between this item and the Cuisinart processor from Sam's. We use this daily to make dressings and aiolis and it has not once overheated.
