Works exactly as intended. The wheel locks are simple and easy to use but do note over time you may need to retighten the bolts/screws. This applies for the entire sheet rack typically if you move it alot.

I do like the weight of this wheel...you can tell it's solid construction. Also, the brake feature is nice so that you can choose to have it be mobile or stationary.
