The product came in less than a week; less than the time estimated. I am using this rack to organize my office. It works great. It is easy enough to assemble. It is sturdy. The shelves are adjustable. The wheels have brakes on them. The rack being mobile is very helpful in cleaning underneath.

Upon inspection of the posts, one was dented but was still usable. There were supposedd to be 20 pairs of shelve retains however there were three packages included in the box containing 6 pairs, for a total of 18. Fortunately, I had extras left from other shelving manufacturers that I had purchased in the past that worked. Once assembled, and ignoring the issues listed above, the shelving unit works fine.

We ordered this shelving unit to replace the 40 year old one in our Kitchen. The unit came fairly quickly and was put together easily and fast no tools needed except for a rubber mallet to seat the shelves. This is a good quality shelving unit and we would purchase this again if the need were to arise.

Really liked the pricing for this product compared other brands. Purchased 11 to organize clothing and equipment and so far works really well. Sizing of the unit is perfect for standard doorways when moving is required. Being as it comes as a starter set took any guess work out of ordering all the correct parts to assemble as needed.
