These pasta shells are made with 100% hard amber durum wheat for the finest durum semolina. This ensures that the pasta stays al dente, even when cooked a bit beyond its specified time. This wheat and other fine ingredients ensure that the delicate texture and flavor of the pasta are also preserved and revived when the pasta is refrigerated to be served later. To cook, simply place in boiling water for 5 minutes. If making in advance for use at a later time, precook for 4 minutes.
