Glasses came broken and it seems that the only way for me to get a refund is to ship the broken glasses back at my own expense. Oh, and I have to pay a restocking fee as well. I was given the option to have additional $ deducted from my return if I wanted a webstaurant to process the return shipping, which felt like insult to injury.
I had hoped that a picture of the broken glasses would have been sufficient for a refund but I guess not.
