These glasses are nice, but the shipping process is totally bonkers. There is no padding around the glassware other than thin cardboard. Ordered 2 sets of glasses. Both were unable to be delivered due to damage. So I ordered 2 more, and only one arrived intact. The other was again unable to be delivered due to damage. At least the store was willing to send a new box free of charge, but why would you ship these delicate glasses this way? It makes no sense. I will be ordering from another place.

Glasses came broken and it seems that the only way for me to get a refund is to ship the broken glasses back at my own expense. Oh, and I have to pay a restocking fee as well. I was given the option to have additional $ deducted from my return if I wanted a webstaurant to process the return shipping, which felt like insult to injury. I had hoped that a picture of the broken glasses would have been sufficient for a refund but I guess not.

A good friend recommended this glass for drinking beer so I ordered six of them. During transit they were damaged. I got a message from FedEx. I immediately contacted Webstaurant and they told me they would take care of it. A few days later, a box of my glasses appeared all intact. And these glasses are really great for drinking beer. Five stars what can I say?
