Plus, the 12" x 12" cast top grates with aeration bowls allow easy access to the burners while supporting your largest stock pots and frying pans.
For your baking and warming needs, this range has a standard-size oven that boasts a temperature range of 250-500 degrees Fahrenheit and delivers 30,000 BTU each for maximum efficiency. It comes with one oven rack and it includes four rack positions to best suit your requirements. With separate controls, the oven may be used by itself or in conjunction with the range top.
This unit's stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and lift-off high shelf ensure long-lasting use in your commercial kitchen, while its 6" stainless steel adjustable legs offer safe, stable use on nearly any floor. So far, this has been a good product. We don't use the oven so can't comment on that. The only weird thing is that the burners have a high and low setting, but the low setting is not really that low. I am used to being able to turn my burners down extremely low so that sauces won't burn and you can't do that with this range.
