Saber King by Prince Castle 980-000-20C Details
As part of the Saber King fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 980-000-20C universal slicer pusher head assembly simplifies cutting consistently accurate and smooth slices. When used with the 3/16" blade assembly, the pusher head helps to create 3/16" slices of fruits or veetables, which are the perfect width to top salads, sandwiches, and other delicious dishes.
When the slicer pusher head is attached to the Saber King chassis (sold separately), it's easily locked and secured in place above the blades and attached to the top half of the unit. When the unit is in use, the head pushes the onions or other produce into the blades for easy slicing. An entire onion or other fruit or vegetable can be entirely sliced with just a press of the unit's handle, expediting your food prep process with optimal efficiency.
