Ergonomic Design
This high-volume version features a slight 1/8" bump-up on the surface on which tomatoes are placed. Although this might seem like an insignificant difference, this eliminates the tiny piece of tomato that otherwise would have been wasted. A tomato catcher reduces messes and also increases sanitation. A commercial-grade cast aluminum base holds up great to the wear and tear of a busy commercial kitchen.
