Featuring a 36" x 18" double-width deck and a maximum temperature of 752 degrees Fahrenheit, this oven cooks up to (2) 18" pizzas at once. It comes with 1 natural ceramic clay hearthstone with a textured surface to maximize thermal contact with the dough, providing superior crust development, rapid temperature recovery, and a consistent bake performance. It features 2-zone heating elements with independent controls for the top and bottom zones, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire chamber.

This unit has a simple, independent IGControl panel with intelligent temperature automation to maintain temperature consistency without continual manual adjustments. Its TurboStart function powers on the unit in 25 minutes or less during the first startup of the day and stores the previous day's most-used temperature settings. It features a bake timer with continuous, manual-shutoff alarms and second-by-second adjustments for precise timing. It also has a single-push auto bake timer with a 3-second, self-silencing alarm, which allows you to save preset bake times and run up to 5 timers at once.

This unit has a high-grade, easy-to-clean stainless steel front that resists corrosion, staining, and thermal deformation. Its durable clear glass oven door resists warping, loosening, or misaligning over time, and it features a convenient pull-up design with an ergonomic, cool-touch handle.
