Simplify the art of pizza making with this PizzaMaster 400 series pizza oven! This countertop pizza oven offers an efficient output in a compact footprint, making it great for areas with limited space. Featuring (2) 16" x 16" decks and a maximum temperature of 752 degrees Fahrenheit, this oven cooks up to (2) 16" pizzas at once. It is equipped with 2 natural ceramic clay hearthstones with a textured surface to maximize thermal contact with the dough, providing superior crust development, rapid temperature recovery, and a consistent bake performance. It features 2-zone heating elements with independent controls for the top and bottom zones, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire chamber.

Each deck has a simple, independent IGControl panel with intelligent temperature automation to maintain temperature consistency without continual manual adjustments. Its TurboStart function powers on the unit in 25 minutes or less during the first startup of the day and stores the previous day's most-used temperature settings. It also features independent bake timers with continuous, manual-shutoff alarms and second-by-second adjustments for precise timing. Each deck also has a single-push auto bake timer with a 3-second, self-silencing alarm, which allows you to save preset bake times and run up to 5 timers at once.

This unit has a high-grade, easy-to-clean stainless steel front that resists corrosion, staining, and thermal deformation. Its durable clear glass oven doors resist warping, loosening, or misaligning over time, and they feature a convenient pull-up design with ergonomic, cool-touch handles. The heat-reflective clear door windows and flush-mount, anti-glare Xenon deck lights allow you to monitor the baking process without heat loss. This unit will automatically shut off if overheated. It includes convenient indicators for the thermostat, TurboStart, and service. A 240V, 1-phase hardwired electrical connection is required for operation.
