Pitco® E35 240/3 Details
Meet your restaurant's fried food demands with this Pitco® E35 35 lb. electric floor fryer! This fryer has an ample 35 lb. oil capacity and a spacious 14" x 14" frying area. It also includes two twin size baskets for frying multiple items at once. It consistently maintains temperatures between 200 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and it is easy to operate using the electric thermostat. It also features a simple on / off switch for activation. With fixed and sealed heating elements, this unit ensures a safe working environment by keeping hot elements in the tank and by eliminating the risk of oil leaking into other pivot components.
This fryer features a durable stainless steel front, door, sides, and backsplash. The welded tank is also stainless steel, and it features a smooth peened finish that makes for easy cleaning. This unit also includes a removable basket hanger for thorough cleaning. For safe use, a limit safety switch will shut off the heaters if the fryer exceeds the temperature limit. This unit is complete with a 1 1/4" full port drain valve for quick and easy draining, and it has 6" adjustable legs for comfortable use. It requires a 240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
