Designed to withstand frequent uses in high heat pizza ovens, this peel provides a longer-lasting, lighter alternative to a wooden pizza peel. Its long, black aluminum handle ensures a safe, sturdy grasp for easy transport, while the 16" blade makes this pizza peel perfect for handling large pizzas.

Firmly joined where the head and handle meet, this peel features three overlapping rivets attaching the handle for guaranteed stability. Plus, its flexible head allows for a scraping motion to pick up pizzas quickly and effectively off of surfaces. The perforated holes in the peel also help release flour from the bottom of the dough, reducing chances of a burnt crust.
