The unit has a 37.5 lb. oil capacity and cooks up to 12 items at once, allowing you to serve a large number of customers efficiently. It is marked by minimum and maximum oil lines for ease of operation. An analog thermometer displays the temperature of your oil as you cook for accurate frying and repeatable results, and the temperature dial adjusts the heat between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
