We are using the paraclipse ultra 2 insect/bug trap. The replacement bulbs are easy to replace we have not had a problem with the bulbs.

Paraclipse 72643 Details
This Paraclipse 72643 15 watt UV bulb replaces the burnt-out one in the Insect Inn Ultra II insect and fly trap. It's easy to install, and gives the unit an attraction range/coverage area of 4000 sq. ft. (line of sight). This 15 watt bulb contains a chemical coating that maximizes the amount of UV light it transmits. To maintain the bulb's coating and the trap's optimum effectiveness, replace bulbs every 9-12 months, ideally at the beginning of Spring. The unit requires 2 bulbs.
