Pancake & Waffle Mix 5 lb. Bag

This was an easy mix however it just did not taste good. There is a huge imitation flavor plasticish vanilla scent and it was a big turn off to many that we served. Pancakes were fluffy but just not tolerable taste wise. I would not recommend this to someone used to home made pancakes or pancake mix from the stores.

I bought this for my family go 8. The bags may have changed, but back when I ordered, there were only instructions for the entire bag. I guessed as to ratios for smaller and it turned out ok. If it had smaller sizes as well, would be 5 star

This pancake and waffle mix is okay. I am not big on using premade pancake mix since batter is so simple to whip up generally but this is nice to have on hand for a quick pancake. Gave it 4 stars because it does not compare to pancakes from scratch but for a mix I cant complain
