This mix makes really nice, fluffy waffles that make our small cafe smell amazing! The only problem we found was that the directions only show how to make the entire 5LB bag at once, rather than single servings (which is what we do since we are a small cafe). It took quite a few tries before we found out a good water to mix ratio, and even then.. I'd like to know what the company would recommend for just a single waffle! Otherwise, great product for a good price.
