Suggested Recipe: Spiced Caramel Soy Milk Latte
1 cup soy milk
1-2 shots of espresso
1 fl. oz. caramel syrup
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground ginger

Brew 1-2 shots of espresso. In a small saucepan, heat soy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger over medium heat, being careful not to let it come to a boil. Remove from heat and froth with a whisk or handheld electric frother until foam develops. Add espresso to a cup and gently pour in soy milk, spooning foam over the top. Gently drizzle caramel sauce over the top and enjoy!
