The Imperial Range IR-6-E2403 Pro Series 36" electric range with 6 round plates and standard oven is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With 6 solid 9" round plates this unit allows you to cook six stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each solid, 2 kW plate heats quickly and evenly, and has a flat surface that makes it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. The plates are also operated by infinite controls, which offer versatility when cooking various products.
This unit also features a standard, 26 1/2" oven base with one chrome oven rack for your low volume baking and warming needs. The oven has a 5.3 kW output with an adjustable temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit and durable, cast aluminum controls with a heat protection grip. A unique baffle is situated above the heating element to keep cooking temperatures even throughout the oven, while a splash screen protects the element from food spills. The oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in this oven in a front to back position.
Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 5" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. With sturdy, stainless steel, 6" adjustable legs, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect spot for this unit among the rest of your kitchen equipment. This unit requires a 240V, 3 phase electrical connection is required.

I do not recommend this item, after 2 weeks the oven stopped working along with one of the top pieces. When you bring it up the malfunction they don’t respect the warranty and are not much help.

Two months after purchase, the oven stopped working. I hired a technician to fix it and spent $400. A year later, the oven stopped working again. This stove is just very expensive and of very poor quality. I don't recommend anyone to buy it.

Oven problems, burner problems (4 replaced in less than a year), thermostat problems (the kind that runs your oven to the max without shutting off), shorts and noises that scares the kitchen staff, etc. Long lead times for scheduling, various visits to identify problems, long times to get parts and reschedule the tech, etc. This is not a good product, this will ruin your operation, we were down altogether 45 days in 12 months, we were stuck as this building doesn't have natural gas piping, but even now a few days after the warranty expired they would not honored those various-temporary- fixes they did. DO NOT BUY if you value your time and money, Do not go electric if you can use gas, this brand is garbage even if the Logo looks good though. Buy something else, really.
