The aluminum body and stainless steel rods are designed to be lightweight yet strong, enabling you to dice fruits and vegetables up to 3 times faster than by hand.
This sturdy wall mounted unit features a pop-in, pop-out blade assembly design that allows you to add coring and wedging capabilities with additional blade sets (sold separately), making it a true workhorse in your busy commercial kitchen. For added convenience, use a wall mount bracket (sold separately) so that your fry cutter can be easily removed for cleaning!

The cutting grid only lasted a few months. A small piece of the blade broke off into a french fry and almost made it to a customer's plate. Compared to our previous cutter, this lasted an extraordinarily short time and was twice as expensive.

This product didn't last at all, the screws were falling all the time, the blade broke after 2 weeks. dont recommend at all. trying to get my money back.

About 2 years using it. Heavy duty for my restaurant perfect slices every time. I bought wall mount for easier use. Very good product. A Must have.

We have had to have the glide rods welded three different times for this to work properly. Very Poorly build. Screws are all stripped out. Not a good overall piece of equipment.

Great cutter for ease of use and cleaning, but cheaply made. The lock nuts are already stripped out of the punch plate and you have to buy a whole new blade assembly just to get the new plastic part needed to fix it.

Have purchased two of these, and both have broken within three months of use. Slide rods are easily bent and other parts continue to loosen while in use. Easy to clean and disassemble, but prone to breaking.

We ordered this to replace our old Volrath, all metal fry cutter that we had for years and worked great. This new one hasn't worked since day one, it is cheaply made in comparison to the old model. The pieces are all falling out and it isn't even able to cut fries anymore at all, we have only had this for two months. For the money this should be working far superior to our old model, very disappointed, need to return this and get a replacement or our money back and buy a different brand, we have lost all faith in the new Volrath products, clearly their quality has dropped severely.

I have owned many fry cutters over the years, this one is poorly designed. The rods that the cutting blades slide on bend easily. I have broken 2 already. Also it has small parts that seem to get lost easily.

Our heath dept loves this fry cutter because we can easily clean it and it does not harbor bacteria. It's disassembly can be done in minutes.
