This True Spec Series roll-in heated holding cabinet is the perfect solution for when you need to keep plenty of baked or cooked foods hot and readily accessible in your commercial kitchen. Its convenient roll-in design is perfect for storing prepared meals and dishes on roll-in pan racks in bakeries, banquet facilities, healthcare facilities, and cafeterias. For control over the cabinet's humidity, this unit is built with a manually operated vent on top of the cabinet, and it also comes with a 12" x 20" water pan for additional humidity if needed.
This holding cabinet features a stainless steel ramp that accepts roll-in racks (sold separately) up to 27" x 29" x 66" in size to help you make the best use of its spacious cabinet. The door, floor, and ceiling are made from high-quality stainless steel, while the sides and back are constructed of durable aluminum. Additionally, this unit features incandescent lighting that illuminates the interior, as well as bumpers that protect the walls from any damage that might be caused by roll-in racks.
For convenience in loading and unloading, this unit has one self-closing door with a 120 degree stay open feature and a lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style door lock. It also has full-body foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help it retain warm air and run more efficiently. Plus, it's easy to operate with an exterior on / off switch and electronic temperature control. This heated holding cabinet comes with low-velocity fans for even temperature distribution and reliably maintains cabinet temperatures of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 120/208-240V electrical connection for operation and comes with a 9' power cord.
