Made with heavy-duty stainless steel vats, this rugged design is reliable for around-the-clock operation and can be cleaned easier. For further convenience, the device is supported by 4 heavy-duty casters, 2 of which are locking, for cleaning around the device when not in use. The unit features 3 full vats, each holding up to 195 lb., and it comes with 6 half baskets.
This fryer has efficient burners that can recover temperatures quickly. Below the burners are both a cold zone and built-in old filtration system to extend oil life. The built-in filtration system safety drain pumps oil through system filters and returns it back, which means your staff won't have to break work flow to handle hot oil. By remaining energy efficient and extending oil life, this device offers extreme saving potential for your operation.
Integrated with advanced software, the Computron 1000 offers an easy-to-control interface to streamline the cook process no matter the product. On the front of the device, there is an LED display that reads both time and temperature. With the simple up and down arrows, you'll be able to set time and temperature easily. It also remembers the last cook setting if you need to immediately do it again! This device requires a 120V connection to operate.
