Easy-to-use and made to complement any commercial kitchen, this oven is perfect for front or back of the house cooking. With ventless technology, a cool-to-the-touch exterior, and powerful cooking in a small footprint, you can use this oven just about anywhere you need fast, efficient cooking or heating.
This unit combines 3 cooking technologies - high-speed convection, twin inverter microwave, and broil - to cook faster and more efficiently than standard ovens. It allows 6 different combinations of cooking technologies, too, so you can set it up for success with nearly any recipe. The fan speed is adjustable from 30% to 100% and the unit has a temperature range of 350-525 degrees Fahrenheit.
Simple LCD touchscreen controls make it easy to use for any member of your staff, regardless of skill level. It comes pre-programmed with 17 menu items, plus it offers a capacity to store up to 1000 recipes for quick reference. With the programmable memory, you can save time during busy shifts and ensure consistent results in every bite.
This oven is easy to clean and maintain to ensure that daily maintenance fits into your kitchen's busy schedule. The air filter and drip tray can be removed at the end of the day and the enamel door is simple to wipe down. A 208/240V, 3750W electrical connection is required for operation.
