This unit includes a durable 3/8" thick, 8 1/16" deep cutting board that provides a convenient workspace. Its generous size gives you plenty of space to prepare items quickly and accurately, and it is even removable for easy cleanup. The 2 plastic-coated steel shelves inside the unit each boast a 27 3/8" x 17 1/8" size and a maximum capacity of 88 lb., ensuring you can store a multitude of your most-used ingredients with ease. With a 430 stainless steel exterior, a 304 stainless steel interior floor, and aluminum interior walls, this prep table is sure to provide long-lasting performance. Additionally, this unit includes (4) 5" casters for added mobility and easy cleaning.
This unit uses R-290 refrigerant to reduce its environmental impact. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This prep table's temperature range of 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit makes it ideal for holding various salad toppings and sandwich ingredients, ensuring food safety in your deli, restaurant, or cafe. Its mega top can hold up to (24) 1/6 size, 6" deep food pans (sold separately). The included divider bars hold food pans securely in place and allow you to configure your pan layout to accommodate your establishment's needs. Featuring a 35 3/16" work surface height, this prep table offers reliable and versatile use. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation and includes an 8 3/16' power cord.
