With an optimal storage capacity of 80 gallons and a design that minimizes booster element usage, it allows for high efficiency and low operating costs. This water heater has a variety of uses and applications from office buildings and restaurants to gas stations and hotels to kitchens and bathrooms. It features a hygienic glass enameled surface interior and an impressed current anode.
This water heater is set to run in automatic by default and features an easy-to-read LCD display, which shows information such as content in the tank, setpoints, current temperature, and troubleshooting aids. It can also display in either SI or US units. Thanks to the boost function, this unit can provide extra hot water for 48 hours with just a press of a button. Plus, this unit has three adjustable rubber feet to level it while providing sound / vibration isolation, and up to four units can be combined in a parallel alignment for additional capacity. There's no need for a filter with the self-cleaning evaporator, which runs during defrost mode due to the optimal fin spacing and hydrophobic coating.
Thanks to this water heater's design, the air is cooled and dehumidified around it, and it's designed to rely on the heat pump instead of the backup element with an annual usage breakdown of 90% heat pump / 10% element. This unit has a low standby loss thanks to its 3" polyurethane insulation, and an angled air path provides more installation opportunities. A wrap-around aluminum condenser prevents potable water contamination with refrigerant while also reducing lime scaling problems. It requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.
