Each burner is spaced 12" apart with a designated control knob for each, allowing for convenient temperature management. Additionally, this charbroiler's cast iron grates are adjustable in 6" sections to allow users to position them flat or inclined depending on the products being cooked. The grates are also reversible, offering a thin side for searing and a thick side for cooking more delicate items, and their high-capacity design makes them ideal for adding efficiency to busy foodservice operations. The unit is equipped with standing pilots and should be lit immediately after the gas is turned on.
The cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bull nose provides added protection for the control knobs, shielding them from heat and ensuring safe, comfortable use for operators. Its design also helps maintain a more comfortable work area by preventing heat buildup around the front of the unit. The unit's durable stainless steel construction ensures that it can withstand the rigors of commercial kitchen environments for years to come, and its welded steel frame helps to eliminate grease buildup. The heavy-duty, chrome-plated cast zinc metal knobs are built to last and protect the unit's gas valves from damage while simplifying individual burner control. This charbroiler also comes with 4" nickel-plated legs that offer 1 5/16" of adjustable height to accommodate your countertop space. For added convenience, this unit ships ready to connect to a natural gas orifice and is field convertible to liquid propane. It has a 3/4" rear gas connection.
