With high-quality cutlery blades that rotate at 1680 RPM, this cutter ensures efficient operation in your kitchen when handling a variety of food product. Its 20 lb. bowl capacity is ideal for cutting up meats, cheeses, and breads or also for mixing dips, spreads, and batters.
This unit boasts a durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction to withstand high-volume production. The high-efficiency 2 hp ventilated motor ensures continuous operation, while the 3-blade hub decreases processing time by performing up to 5000 cuts per minute. IP 67 steel controls include an ON/OFF keypad that ensures easy operation and control over the machine.
The bowl cover, 3-blade hub, and bowl (without tools) are removable for easy cleaning. This unit includes a bowl cover safety interlock and thermal overload motor protection to keep the machine from running when not ready and prevent overheating. It includes (3) 5/8" steel legs with rubber feet to keep the unit securely in place. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
