Designed for high-volume bars, the Perlick undercounter glass chiller is the perfect storage solution for keeping glasses cold. Its 5.3 cu. ft. interior houses (2) full extension pull-out shelves for glass organization and is illuminated with bright interior lighting. This lighting helps ensure quick product retrieval for fast bar service, even in dim ambient lighting. Capable of holding up to 86 beer glasses, it is the perfect solution for being able to serve customers chilled pints of beer.
This unit features a sleek black color and a single door design. For interior access, the single door swings open easily and seals shut to ensure cold air is trapped inside. To create a cold, refrigerated environment for product storage, the unit features a 1/6 hp compressor that circulates R-600a refrigerant. The front-vented compressor requires no back or side clearance, giving it much more flexibility on where it is used.
This system maintains temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit to make sure glasses are properly chilled prior to service. This temperature is controlled by an easy-to-read and operate electromechanical thermostat. Plus, thanks to the durable, stainless steel top, sides, and interior, with galvanized back, this unit is built to last. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation and includes a 6' cord and plug.
