Prevent greasy and oily substances from entering plumbing systems, septic fields, and wastewater treatment facilities with this Thermaco Trapzilla TZ-400-ECA in-ground grease interceptor. Greasy substances cannot be processed properly, which can lead to environmental harm. This grease interceptor can hold 405 lb. of grease in a 70 gallon footprint, making it an efficient option and viable alternative to traditional grease interceptors.

For in-ground installation, this grease interceptor has a flow rate of 75 GPM. With a durable rotationally molded polyethylene construction and crush-resistant cylindrical walls, it's a perfect replacement for failing steel or concrete interceptors, so it can outlast traditional interceptors constructed of inferior materials. It comes with an extension collar assembly, including an 18" single-piece extension collar and an extension collar adapter ring lid, equally durable with a linear low-density rotationally molded polyethylene construction that comes in 2 pieces for field adjustability to reach optimal installation depth.

This grease interceptor comes with a polyethylene self-positioning keyed 22" solid top cover that's easy to remove to clean out retained grease and solids by grease pump truck with its 4" inlet and outlet connection, and the cover is equipped with sealed thread fasteners. Plus, the grease interceptor's gas trap is included as an integral part of the unit. It also has a flat grease separation efficiency curve, an integral non-floatation anchor ring for in-ground installation, and an integral horizontal baffle as well as a laminar inlet flow diverter and separate storage compartments for grease and solids.
