Keeping your dishes and glasses clean is essential to the life of your business, and thanks to this durable unit, you can successfully clean up to 55 racks per hour using a mere .78 gallons of water per rack. Not only will this increase productivity in your dishroom, but you'll also conserve water, which lowers utility costs and saves money in the long run. This door type machine features a generous 20 3/4" x 27" opening that accepts full size sheet pans and 60 qt. mixing bowls, so you can wash taller, bulkier items with ease. Thanks to the auto-start feature, the washing cycle begins as soon as you close the door.
This high temperature warewashing machine comes with a 70 degree rise booster heater that helps the unit achieve appropriate rinse temperatures, and because it's already built-in, you won't have to worry about any extra electrical requirements. Plus, an exclusive Sani-Sure feature also aids in assuring proper temperatures.
Made with rugged stainless steel, this machine is built to withstand heavy-duty use in a humid, commercial dishroom. Specially designed stainless steel nozzles prevent clogging to provide superb cleaning action. The included delimer switch makes quick work of removing hard water deposits, so your dishes will be left sparkling clean every time.
Other great features of this dish machine include the multi-cycle timer, hi-limit thermostat and low water protection, and a self-draining pump. For added benefit, this warewashing unit is field convertible from straight through to corner and vice versa. It requires a 208/230V, 1 phase electrical connection.
